SCVS International Award

About International Award
New for 2013 the SCVS will be offering an International Award to the best two papers from an International Institution. This Award is an outgrowth of the SCVS's mission to foster an exchange of educational ideas between Vascular Surgeons in International countries to result in improved patient care in the clinical vascular area and attendance by an International Institution at the Annual Symposium.

A grant, sponsored by Atrium Medical, reimbursing up to $2500 each in trip-related expenses will be made to the Award recipients in the form of an honorarium. Award determination will be made based on the presentation of the paper at the time of the Annual Symposium.

Guidelines

• Applicants must be actively practicing in the area of clinical vascular surgery.
• Paper must be submitted solely from an International Institution outside of the United States and Canada.
